The much awaited mid-sized sedan Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire was launched on May 29th and it replaced the 17 year old Maruti Esteem which was experiencing poor sales from past few years.

Dzire comes in a G-series 1.3-litre petrol and a 1.3 litre DDiS multijet diesel engine versions. DZire sports class-leading features such as the dash board has a fully integrated stereo with steering mounted audio controls.

It will also have a fully automatic climate control system, dual front airbags and anti-lock braking system (ABS). The Dzire’s wheelbase remains the same as in the Swift which means no improvement in the rear comfort. But still, with Dzire the Suzuki is all set to rule the segment!!
