The rx450 was a no-brainer to me. It's big, spacious, looks good, best part of 300bhp and is one in the eye for the inland revenue as the company car tax is cheap (half the cost of a range rover, x5 etc as the co2 figures are so good. The economy is largely dependent on what kind of mileage you do. Motorway miles will see it drop if you are cruising at 75+ (although I've never gone that fast officer!) as you are predominantly on a v6 3.5 litre petrol which brings a smile to the face listening to it wind up. General roads and towns win out every time though.

Can someone tell me why Lexus decided to go cheap on the trim? Now the interior looks like any other car. Go back to the old trim Lexus!
